So I learned to take control of my emotions.  I made an effort to teach myself peace– through gratitude.   I started to notice all the things that were right in my life.  I started to notice all the things I could control and let go of the things I could not control.

If you are fearful or full of anxiety, start with three things.

Three things you are grateful for each day– bring them to the forefront of your mind each morning.   Speak them aloud or write them down.   It sets your heart to be open to positive experiences.  It sets your awareness higher to recognize how special you are, as an individual, each and every day.  I would love to hear what you are grateful for– don’t we just have so many beautiful reasons?  Please share in the comments below what you have to be grateful for in your life.
