I ask you to focus today on the fullness of your life. What is taking up your time? There are a couple of different ways to go with this:
What are the feelings that you are FULL of? I used to be totally full of worry. My mother would often ask me why I was borrowing trouble? If I didn’t have something to worry about, I would invent it.
So I learned to take control of my emotions. I made an effort to teach myself peace– through gratitude. I started to notice all the things that were right in my life. I started to notice all the things I could control and let go of the things I could not control.
If you are fearful or full of anxiety, start with three things.
Three things you are grateful for each day– bring them to the forefront of your mind each morning. Speak them aloud or write them down. It sets your heart to be open to positive experiences.
