Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Description

This recipe is really surprising.  The first time I ever had it I was skeptical.   But it is really rich and delicious and of course, healthy.  This is also a recipe that your kids will flip over.   So this one is truly good for the whole family.  Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Two ripe avocados, peeled and sectioned
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk (a little more or less to set consistency of choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 packets stevia or more to taste
  • Raspberries or strawberries for garnish

Utensils

  • Food processor or high powered blender Buy

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor. Top with seasonal berries.
