Chia Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup washed spinach leaves
  • One banana, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk

Utensils

  • High Speed Blender

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
