Coffee-Banana Smoothie

Description

My aunt sent me this recipe. It is really good– different and filling. This recipe came from silversneakers.com and yes, it’s great after a morning workout. You’ll be feeling great!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold coffee
  • 1/2 banana
  • small scoop of peanut butter
  • drop of vanilla extract
  • handful of ice

Utensils

  • high powered blender

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
