Detox Parsley Hummus
- 2 cloves peeled garlic
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cup parsley-- packed
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 tablespoons cumin
- himalayan salt and pepper to taste
- food processor
Place the garlic in a food processor and process until chopped.
Add the chickpeas, lemon juice, parsley, almond butter, olive oil, water, cumin, black pepper, and salt and blend until the hummus is smooth. Add water as needed.
