Dijon Pumpkin Seed Dressing

This beautiful salad dressing is full of healthy fats and high flavor for your salads or steamed vegetables.   Enjoy on your rainbow salad or add to roasted brussel sprouts or mixed steamed veggies and beans for a filling meal.  Shelled pumpkin seeds are easy to find.   Look for raw ones if possible.   They have the greatest health benefits.
