Fresh Parsley Gremolata

This recipe is PACKED with flavor AND nutrition.   I have a love affair with parsley.   The health effects of enjoying this herb are profound and it is not just a garnish anymore!  Enjoy this over sauteed mushrooms and a baked potato, on a delicious perfect day salad, as a dip for raw vegetables or a sauce for mixed, sauteed vegetables.  I credit Dr. Joel Fuhrman for this delicious recipe.
