Pistachio Dijon Salad Dressing Rocks! This salad dressing is so delicious and it is really hearty and filling. Did you know that adding fats to your salad increases vitamin absorbency? I always add a healthy nut based dressing to my salads. They add much more nutrition than oils, and they are more filling too.
This recipe is a little different than most, and the pistachio nutmeats can be a little tricky to find, and here is a link to a product on Amazon if you wish, but do your own homework and shop around for these. They are worth the price and make a really bang-up tasty salad dressing!
The other important thing here is you will need a high speed blender to really get the consistency and blending that this recipe requires, so make sure you have your blender out and ready for this one.
I took this recipe initially from Dr. Joel Fuhrman, but it is available on several websites, and I am happy to share it here with you. This is also one of my favorite dressings for those of you who are following The Perfect Day Lifestyle. Check it out to have your healthiest life ever. And check out this recipe…..
