Traditional Hummus

This is a dip that I eat weekly.   It is so easy to make and you can add so many different variations to it.   Use this as the jumping off point for so many beautiful creations.

Tasty variations….  I like to play around with the many different combinations of flavors that hummus has to offer.  You can add the following to create your own experience:

  • Pitted Kalamata Olives
  • Sun Dried tomatoes (soaked) and basil leaves
  • Curry powder
  • Cilantro and jalapeno
  • Lemon and thyme
  • Smoked Paprika

And the list goes on and on.   There are so many different ways to enjoy hummus with a delicious pile of raw vegetables.
